2. How can I place an order?
Simply browse our online store, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed successfully.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods, including:
- Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, etc.)
- UPI & Net Banking
- Wallets (PhonePe, Google Pay, etc.)
All transactions are secure and encrypted.
4. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer COD on select products and pincodes. You’ll see the COD option at checkout if it’s available in your area.
5. How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery usually takes:
- 4–5 business days for most metro cities
- 6–7 business days for other areas
You’ll receive tracking details via email/SMS once your order is shipped.
6. What is your return/exchange policy?
We want you to love what you buy! If something isn’t right:
- You can request a return or exchange within 5 days of delivery
- Products must be unused and in original condition
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval

8. My item arrived damaged or incorrect — what should I do?

- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
